A role in HR will enable you to contribute to a better future, whether through our industry-leading programs to support youth, drive diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging or help create shared value in everything we do.

HR at Nestlé offers opportunities in three broad areas. You could be working in partnership with business managers, helping them to improve performance through people. You could bring your experience in recruitment, development or another specialist HR area to our team. Or you could join one of our centers of scale, which ensures our employees have their essential HR needs taken care of so they can focus on what they do best.

In HR we connect business with people! And working with people to make a difference for the business was what made me choose HR many years ago.  Every day we deal with day-to-day matters, leading to more strategic decisions and it is very challenging and rewarding to be able to influence and make an impact.
